• There are no refunds on cancellations made within 14 days of your check-in date.

• A refund will be issued if canceled prior to 14 days from your arrival, less a $50 fee.

• $50/per week. Example: If you booked a two week stay, the fee would be $100.

• There are no refunds on cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date.

• A refund will be issued if canceled prior to 30 days from your check-in date, less $250 fee.

• All reservations require a 50% deposit or minimum of a 1 night stay.

• Date changes can only be made 14 days prior to your check-in (daily/weekly only).

• Date changes can not be made to a monthly reservation.

• Refunds are only given on original bookings. Once dates have been changed, the deposit is non-refundable.

• No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

• Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations that are outside of our control; weather, vehicle issues, ferry delays, illness, etc.

• Deposits/reservations are non-transferable.

• Refunds/credits are not given for early departures.
