• You must have a reservation, prior to your arrival.

• You must register in the office before occupying a site.

• Max of 6 people per site.

• No parking in empty sites.

• Road ways must be kept clear.

• Speed Limit 10km/hr.

• No tenting.

• RV’s and vehicles must have valid insurance.

• Max of 2 pets per site.

• Must be kept on leash at all times.

• Never leave pets unattended outside.

• Pets waste must be picked up immediately and deposited into a garbage bin, waste bags are provided.

• Aggressive and/or noisy pets will be asked to leave immediately.

• We do not have an off leash area on the property.

• A max of 4 guests at a time.

• Guests must register with Ellie’s Farm. Please email your that you’re expecting a guest - no name is required, but we do need to know if you have guests at your site.

• All guests must be gone by 10pm.

• Parking for guests can be arranged at the office.

• You will be responsible for paying for damages caused by your guests.

• No loud music at any time.

• Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am.

• Please respect your neighbours.

• Generators are not permitted.

• No renovations to your RV while on site.

• You must have an air tight sewer fitting.

• Sewer hoses can not be placed directly into the hook up.

• A fee will be charged for any black tank spill clean up.

• Wood fires in sites are permitted as per Regional District Fire Bylaws.

• Firewood is available for purchase.

• Check in time is 1pm. Please call ahead if you are needing an early check in.

• Check out time is 11am. We usually can not accommodate a late check out.

• We do not accept check ins after dark without prior arrangements made.

• Upon arrival, please come into the office before going to a site.

• Must be kept clean and free of clutter.

• Fire pits are not a garbage can.

• No tarps.

• No pools or hot tubs.

• 1 pop-up gazebo allowed (no hard top, 10ft x 10ft max).

• No tenting.

• No utility trailers.
